Between Ricky and Seth weaver got coaches on the cheap and then limited amount of resources . Seth was polarizing but u can’t say he didn’t work hard on the program . Weaver micro managed the basketball program and when Seth wouldn’t cancel a recruiting visit for a staff meeting that’s it .

Whit hiring practices and approach is different . He knows what resources he has going into a hire. Nothing hap hazard ..damn I hate talking the past again and again but I’m sure we would have different hire from Ricky and Seth if whit was there but again whit was a young kid
