Meanwhile we got 3 NCAA bids, 1 Sweet 16, and a complete and total rebuild after he left. I'm not saying Buzz didn't do anything for us. I'm not blaming him for leaving. I'm saying the idea that he was some sort of savior of VT basketball is misguided. He did what he needed to do to get a better job and we provided the funding and resources for him to do that.
