a. I see what you are saying. However, it's difficult to compare the lineups they were facing in early March to the ACC lineups they saw every Friday/Saturday as the season went along. I think you have to agree we were competitive on the mound Friday and Saturday overall. Agree they project as draft picks and can be really good. How much to they differentiate compared to other Friday ACC guys (not knocking them BTW, just life in a really hard conference).

b. That's not normal. Huge hole there. Again, year #2. But I totally agree that more arms are needed to shore up the #3 spot into next year and pen.

c. The year certainly did not end the way we wanted. You are drawing a different conclusion moving forward. Also agree it's a more talented team, but we are still largely out-gunned in conference across the board. Hope that changes. Think it will.
