You should be very pleased with that performance. Moreover, you have a good chance of winning a men's lacrosse championship as well this year. That will give the school championships in baseball, basketball, soccer (men's), lacrosse (men's), and numerous other sports.

Don't think VT will ever compete with that.

However, I think VT has done better than many UVA fans (and ACC fans) assumed we would in all athletics. For example, our men's track and field is rather dominant in the ACC. I am glad we are increasing our competitiveness across the board.

But..... this is a football board. So... this is an area where VT fans can still gloat.
