How do you calculate a "turn-around"


So many comments about Chef "is a proven winner" and "proves he can turn-around a program". What program is everyone talking about? He took over a winning program at Maryland because the Head coach (Erik Bakich) got a huge offer from Michigan because "he" turned that program around. Chef has a chance to prove himself as someone who can "turn around" a program here at VT, however he must make changes himself. Over half of HIS recruits have just left the program. If 50% of his recruits "stick", it will be another long season. Build it in Blacksburg needs to change to "BUILT in Blacksburg" at some point.
