Looking back 9 months, Pete's 1st 3 signees were pretty big

The linked article is from August 2nd and announces the signing of Maddie Banks, Al Velazquez, and Stacy Kalt after being on the job for just 7 weeks. I'd call that a pretty good first step. By my count, they played in 140 games this season, had 109 starts, scored 89 runs, and stole 30 bases in 34 attempts.

How prophetic was Al's quote: "I'm stoked for this new season with new coaches and teammates, just knowing that we're going to do lots of damage – no doubt."

I wonder if she can provide the lottery numbers for the next drawing!!!!!

I think the best is yet to come.
