Like I said before, I believe there is a flaw in the logic

Division A = 5 teams (4 division games)
Division B = 5 teams (4 division games)
Division C = 5 teams (4 division games)

If Division A plays all 5 teams in Division B, then who does Division C play for its cross-division games?

If Division A splits its cross-division games between Division B and Division C, then Division B and/or Division C may not have enough available teams to complete its cross-division schedules. Translation: 3 teams from Division A play all 5 teams from Division B. While 2 teams from Division A play all 5 teams from Division C. As a result, Division B teams needs 2 games and Division C teams needs 3 games. Since 2 does not equal 3, Division C teams will be 1 cross-division game short to complete its 9 game conference schedule.

If you believe 3 divisions of 5 can produce a 9 game conference schedule, then please show me how it can work.
