I asked because the game was played in Vandy's stadium

If Pride & Joy's reason for suggesting Vandy is because Pride & Joy wants to see VT play a football game in Vandy's stadium, then it may be a case of "been there done that."

Not that I would have any objections to it because Nashville is a fun city (assuming I was one of the lucky people to get tickets to the game). Honestly, I am not sure the SEC's rule on the number of tickets allocated to the visiting team. Also, Vandy has a beautiful campus and I didn't get a chance to explore it while I was at the Music City Bowl.

However, if wanted to attend a VT vs. Vandy game in any sport, then I would probably lean towards basketball (men's or women's) simply because of the experience seeing VT play in Vandy's funky basketball arena.
