Dang, thanks to your dad for the New River Trail...


Rode my mountain bike from the Pulaski Depot all the way to Allisonia just a couple years ago.

My dad also was an EE. He's cleaning out the house - there is a lot of crap, I'm kinda doing the same thing - but I suspect it's that very sober engineering mind that assesses the situation and organizes the "system" to function smoothly. I don't mean it to sound that clinical, more admiring of that clear-eyed resolve - not avoiding anything - and then dealing with it especially when there's really no reward for it.
