I don't have #s in front of me but believe that is the case. These guys are pitching scared and trying to nibble too much rather than attacking hitters in some cases, in ACC play. Pitch calling could also play into it a bit. I also think we try to use too many guys in 1 inning stints - in CBB, 'go with the hot hand' works, so if relieve x pitches a good inning, give him another, rather than pulling for pitcher Y.
