2003 was very similar by the end of the year

There was NO camaraderie. The chemistry of the team was a train wreck. They had a ton of talent but by season's end they were one of the worst defenses in the country.

A lot of the talent left, but what was left were great TEAM players. Oh, and a lot of young guys grew up fast. 04 started slow, but they got the win over WVU, squeaked through the schedule, looked like they hit a buzzsaw in Atlanta when it finally clicked.
