That if VT had another atty, that would be specified. Thats the whole theme of what the reporter is covering here. Its a no brainer.
You are looking at this like a court case. Technically there is no evidence that VT is doing this without a lawyer. They could have 20 lawyers. But to write the article and get feedback from VT and fail to mention that VT is already lawyered up would be highly twisted as far as the point of the article
