Absolute, +1. Agreed, again. In this instance, the whole problem was lack
of a timely call. As far as the IT thing, I've heard all the excuses (i.e., use another browser, you're not computer savvy, etc.). I am computer savvy. I was trained and certified as a computer forensics analyst by the gov't. In this instance, it was not user error, it was incompetence. If the HC is short staffed, and they've known about this seat selection for months, and didn't staff up, shame on HC leadership.
