from the gov't, I was a certified computer forensics analyst. I did log in several times, for two days, before my time to select. I'm familiar with the system, I've used it for years now, and it's just not well written. IMHO, the problem isn't with the Paciolan system, but with the HC system and the compatibility of the two. It's the HC system, its code, its counter-intuitiveness, its maintenance, and its incompatibility with other systems. The Victory Account software they use is never updated, and suffers from input errors.
In this instance, I'm not going to take blame for something that was not of my doing. Myself and others on here have complained about this online system for years. They've made no corrections or improvements. The HC is playing at big time fundraising, and they're incapable. And on top of it, their customer service is laughable at best.
Again, you made a lot of assumptions in your post. And we both know the axiom about the word assume.
