Answer its not. For your argument, you need to dig up the numbers for the last 10-15 years. Its not long ago that Tech had one of the best APR scores in the ACC

Were you able to dig into the raw numbers, you'd also find that the slip in Tech's standing is not a matter of academic issues, but instead caused by transfers due to coaching changes.

What matters is having a 930. that's the NCAA mandate. Tech has that, not an issue.
