His 1st-year gone trinary season cultural reboot has to take by then.
His recruits to toe his line his way have to be podiatry culturally savvy by then.

His Fu'fense has to have all of its systemic east-west stretches, and RPO parts in stock by then.

And whoever has the D has to have it at least semi rebuilt and back up to snuff (hopefully,
as a changeout would set things back at least 1 or 2 years) by then.
