coaching carousel starts moving, you only have so much time until the music stops. That, in my mind, was him being more decisive than anything.

Some programs get to be the place coaches ascend to and some get to be stepping stones that get poached. I would rather a guy do a good job for us and get poached and have to keep hiring every few years than to have a guy no one wants. Because that speaks more volumes in my opinion .
