Bronco has done more with a far less talented roster than Fu has done with his. Bronco has also been able to keenly identify specific talent that he wants and get it (Fu has missed on quite a few of the guys he has wanted).

There is also a much better culture in C'ville right now than in Blacksburg. That very well may have been taken care of last season, but it still remains to be seen. I also have heard from multiple people that though Fuente has the ability to develop offensive players and be creative with the offense, he is struggling to figure out how to run a P-5 program... for whatever that is worth.
