Good+ arm. Not an A+ arm. Like
a shiny B+++. Everything is
good to good+.

Tho' he's not an Elway or Cunningham or Bradshaw weaponized velocity pure gunner.

This is what happens when you cup the release.
You bleed just a whiff of velocity on the top
for it. And he's slimmer for "R" benefit
in the RPO's look.

So it's not like he's bulking his throw-arm up any for sliming his run-body down.
(...check it... that's not a bad arm, although it sure ain't Q's "gun-show" arm either)
