about different routes. Seems to me the problem is the same as it has always been where the NCAA is concerned. In the Hoffman situation they had neither the intelligence or common sense to practically apply the rules to reach an equitable resolution. This lack of intelligence and common sense manifests itself in a large majority of decisions the NCAA hands down, including the UNC fiasco. The question with regard to the lack of intelligence and common sense that characterizes the NCAA is whether they are just that dumb or whether there are more sinister motives associated with their decisions.
