That 100% depends on your coaches.


I've seen some high school coaches who are terrific at coaching fundamentals. I've seen other coaches who have no idea wtf they are doing.

Point is, college should be the time where fundamentals are taught and refined no matter what. Not saying that VT coaches are not teaching fundamentals, but to say fundamentals are about execution and not coaching is totally 100% wrong. You coach fundamentals and then it's up to the players to turn those fundamentals into execution.
