What's realistic to expect of CMY? Analyzing the previous newbies.

The ACC is a tar-heeled devil of a conference. It quickly spits out the bad coaches and the good coaches prosper. Indeed, it is the Introductory Engineering of the college basketball world, the weed out course everyone wants to pass but many don't have what it takes. So what should we be asking of CMY in this post-buzz world for the next four years? I'm genuinely interested in hearing your take.

I spent some time over the weekend compiling the first four years of recruiting classes and coaching records for the most recent coaches at each ACC school just to see how other newbies fared. Honestly? All I can see is that is depends on how good your coach is and what school you are coaching for. When it comes down to it, the class rankings, the avg recruit rankings, and your conference rankings do not matter much (and are heavily skewed based on how many players you signed). I've included all the numbers below. I'm too busy right now to make graphs, so it's raw data. Feel free to look over this far FAR too long list...or don't, and say how you think the next four are going to look for CMY, because I honestly have no clue right now. I could see it going either way. I apologize in advance if my post crashes this site or destroys the internet.
