They aren't some rogue organization ruining college sports, they ARE college sports. They exist solely as a puppet of the member universities.

There is no way to 'fix' the NCAA as long as the member universities have such a vested interest in exploiting revenue athletes for money and marketing. Eventually, the courts will say that collegiate athletes own (and may profit from) their own name/likeness, and the sh!t will hit the fan. It'll be both fun and terrifying to witness.
