I know a kid who didn't progress and had injury issues.

He was told there was no reason to continue after 3 years. He said he needed to graduate and would play scout team only if that helped him keep his scholie.

He was told by Cav that a LOI was a commitment by both the player and the school, and that they would honor that commitment. There was no need for him to continue just for that.

He graduated.
