I'm assuming BC will be favored to beat us in that game
And I wouldn't be very surprised if they did just that. We're still pretty young this coming season and it remains to be seen whether this version of Bud's defense can stop a power team like BC who likes to run it right at you. We did an OK job of slowing down Dillon last year (mostly because he got hurt), but then their backup RB Levy came in and wore us out. He also returns this season. They lost a couple TEs but seem to recruit about 10 per year, so they'll have some weapons in the passing game too. I'm just hoping we can expose their defense a little bit, which figures to be less of a threat up front after losing beast DE Zach Allen, and lost a ton of playmakers in the back end like Lukas Denis and Hamp Cheevers. I could see a close but high-scoring game in Boston on the last day of August.
