The only one I've seen was a modified post season one


The last game on a Saturday NCAA regional (both teams 1-1) had to be moved to Sunday morning, then the winner of that game forced the "if" game, and therefore one team played a triple header but not the other team(s). Funny story, the team that played 3 games won them all and went to Super Regionals in an upset.

I seriously doubt it would happen in the regular season.
