is probably problematical, if not entirely unrealistic, for TSL, however, in my opinion, repeat offenders, banned multiple times should be publicly identified. Transparency would seem to be an effective disinfectant and deterrent. Anonymity is a privilege, not a right, in my opinion. Alternative views are needed and promotes discussion on these boards, however, the type of posters that are banned are equivalent to the customer that continually utters bad checks to a business as payment for service.
