I live in Pac 12 territory and UC Berkeley which is a top 3 public school

in the US is constantly out recruited by San Diego St, Oregon, Colorado, Denver, & SC and only SC can academically match wits with UCBerkeley

Tech was a nothing program, caught lighting in a bottle last year when Cuse, ND, Duke, & UVA where all down. Look at their records last year compared to this season

VT will get there but I don't see them ever being better than a 11-13 win team and that will take some work
