Even though Parker is no longer in the same role at VT


Parker may still have to finish out the committee term. Then again, maybe the NCAA rules allow Gwinn to take Parker's place on the Committee and Gwinn can finish out Parker's current term. I don't think the rules are exactly clear (or published anywhere) on replacing a current committee member before the term expires.
