Except Parker is no longer with the VT athletic dept. He is still at VT


but not in the athletic dept. The position listed for him is now held by Derek Gwinn. Not sure Gwinn took over his position on the NCAA committee, but reading his bio/job description, it appears that’s part of his responsibility.
