Absolutely no question that Pete has changed the culture, although I do think we're not quite 100% there yet.

I was thinking about VT athletics in general - over the years, some of us long term fans have experienced a lot of heartbreak just when we thought a VT team was on the cusp of breaking out only to stump our toe.
