The Disney Contracts with Comcast and Charter Spectrum would drive it.

It looks like both are in that area of Texas along with Direct TV, Dish, etc. How many of the subscribers in the State of Texas would pay the higher rate with a member in the state would be important.

Regarding Students, I look at Texas much like Florida. In looking up some comparison using Median Income:
Connecticut $74,168 UConn
New Jersey $71,637 Temple
Massachussetts $67,846 UMass
Delaware $62,852 Temple
Houston $61,708 Houston
Cincinnati $61,653 Cincinnati
Pennsylvania $56,907 Temple
Tampa $50,489 USF
West Virginia $43,469 WVU
Orlando $41,901 UCF

The bottom line on the access to students who pay higher tuition is the Northeast as usual. But when brought up UConn and Temple get booed.

Texas is a long distance away, however, if we could get into either Dallas or Houston specifically, they have good airport options for limited connections. A choice like Texas Tech would be very difficult.
