having some exceptional players that can make everyone else look better. Willis is a good example of this, and he needs a good RB to make him look better. It's about having the talent to reach back and catch a ball that is a bit off the mark. It's about being able to make a tackle even while you are getting blocked. It's about taking risk at the right time. I think Fuente is too worried about execution, and not looking at the elements of surprise and shear talent.
