Just tested my new hip with an 11 mile bike ride! Doc finally said I could

ride so I hit the road this morning. 17 mph breeze on the way back was challenging but it felt good to get the sludge moving and hip felt good. Motion is Lotion for joints!
Question of the month for Wifey is "does this new hip make my butt look big"?? She was not amused.
