Expert Tire/Firestone, 460 business, just past the hospital.

Pretty sharp guys. Not saying they are 100% perfect, but if they don't do something to suit you, they fix it on their dime.

Edit: on the alignment, with Expert, I always spring for the lifetime alignment deal on a vehicle. I keep cars forever. Get them realigned every rotation. They do a lifetime brake, too. If you keep a vehicle 5+ years, you come out waaay ahead.

One place I would not go to is S. Main Auto. You might have a decent experience, being a local, but they have been known to take advantage of out of towners, i.e. NOVA students.
