Definitely a big hire for GT, but where do they go from there? She is 60.

We think Mike Young, at 55, is a bit on the senior side. She should make a pretty big impact, and maybe they can leverage that in a few years, but one has to expect she is a short term solution to a bottom half ACC program, good for about 5 years.
