if your interpretation of what he SAID - that he memorizes every assistant coaches name - is evidence of him being arrogant that's your opinion.

in my opinion that is a very good smart and mature thing to do. hell I can't remember my KIDS names half the time. If you go out of your way to memorize (REMEMBER) the name of someone you're likely to only encounter once or twice a year TOPS then props to you.
