I'm being snarky, but isn't every supplement partially a waste of money?
Even the supplements that *do* work (whether health, fish oil, fitness/nutrition, cold/flu) --- they're probably 50% legit, 25% placebo, and 25% hype. So they might work, but never to the claims advertised, and always a bit over-priced (for what they actually do).
CBD oil is definitely in that world --- some of the claims are laughable.
