of seasons that culminates in success. It feels earned and is much more appreciated that many of these kids will have the same degree and alma mater as me. In a strange way its like "we" did it vs. we subcontracted it out.

That being said, I definitely agree loving VT and loving Blacksburg are not part of recruiting. Finding the best players you can, for the positions you need, with the best fit in the system you run and are of good character (not perfect) is what I assume a coach wants.
