I-64 should be 6-lanes from NN to Richmond.

But after seeing the enlargement of I-66 on the Peninsula, widening I-64 to 6-lanes from NN to Richmond would probably take 200 years. VDOT isn't in the business of efficiency. Their #1 goal is to stretch out a project as long as possible, then do it over and correct their mistakes.

Then you hit the HRBT & the M&M
