Agreed. Probably be difficult to win such a case because of "not breaking rules" etc. That said, VT has suffered damages which does include monetary. Buzz did breach his duties. It would not be hard to prove under testimony from multiple parties involved. Hell he sent a coach there a year in advance. Think the "plan" wasn't discussed with him. Think recruits never heard a word of this?
Anyway just theoretical. Obviously we are not suing him and that would perhaps look bad. May not be a legal case but its certainly a moral one [Post edited by Wild Turkey at 04/17/2019 08:04AM]
