Critical feedback is absolutely necessary as part of the development process.

But that's for coaches and parents to dole out. There's absolutely nothing that will ever be posted on TSL that will make one iota of difference to a VT player or coach. That's just a fact.

Again, I'm fine with critical analysis for the sake of conversation here -- but let's not fool ourselves into thinking that anything posted on this board actually matters.
