Does it really matter that he coached at one school for 20 years?

he did take incremental steps.. just at one school. a LOT goes into moving from DII to DI... ultimately guiding them to a #7 seed in the NCAAT and an 18-0 conference record... a lot of steps along the way to get that program where it is. So what he didn't job hop from school to school to get experience in 'power' conferences. Honestly think some people just enjoy having something to worry about.
