I do view him in a negative light. That's not a personal attack on his

character. In finance as in sports, track record means everything. Young has zero track record in recruitment. His ability as a recruiter is at best a coin toss. There is absolutely no reason to believe that he will be any more successful at VT than James Johnson. That wasn't the case in 2014 with Buzz's hire--you were certain he would perform because he had in the past.
