I'm pulling for UVA. Why?

1) We are about 30 years away from competing for the national championship in basketball.

2) I like Tony Bennett. I liked how he handled the interview after the UMBC debacle. Reminded me of Frank Beamer interview after Temple 98 game. There are times in life when you have to face the public in the face of failure/embarrassment/disgrace and there's no better way to handle it than Bennett did.

3) I'm impressed with how UVA came back this year after UMBC last year.

4) Hoos for Hokies April 2007

5) Casteen helped us get into the ACC.

6) I'm a native Virginian.

So, tonight, I'm cheering from the Orange and Blue!
