There are plenty of coaches that coach well into their 70s.... in the ACC alone we have Coach K at 72 and Leonard Hamilton at 70. Pretty sure Roy Williams is knocking on the door.

Young can coach. Does he probably need to bring in some guys who can help hit the recruiting side of things with a vengance... yes. Let's give him and Whit some credit though. Whit has proven with his other hires that he's very good at his job.
