Financial Aid

From my understanding, some of the schools with large endowments can also provide nonathletic scholarships to athletes to help lower tuition costs. The Ivy League doesn't even provide "athletic scholarships". I don't know how many D-1 programs provide extra financial assistance, but most of them are schools like Stanford, Duke, Northwestern, Notre Dame, … That's one big reason Stanford usually wins the Learfield College Directors' Cup every year. From tradition, to location, to funding, Tech is at a huge disadvantage. Being in the ACC is probably our biggest advantage.
