I know and with the exception of JMU they were all ACC schools until


Maryland left.

The point I was trying to make is regardless if it is public or private none of them have leeway with the amount of scholarships they can offer. D1 is 12, average scholarship is $12,400 per player.

VT is in a tough spot recruiting wise because of the area and tradition IMO. I think its the same issue football faces these days.
