Again, it's not about CJF specfically, it's about how to run a program
failing to engage the fanbase is not a good strategy, ESPECIALLY when the team is coming off a down year. That's when you need to sell the program the hardest.
Season ticket sales were going to be down significantly in 2019 anyway due to the crappy schedule. The silence from the marketing arm of the program (which includes Hokie Club, hokiesports.com, @HokiesFB, VT Athletics on Facebook, etc....NOT just CJF) is just going to exacerbate that.
