and early 2nd half. Cuse got too conservative and Tech played more aggressive offensively and defensively. Draw controls were about even but Cuse seem to have more possession in the first half. Once again, Tech went dormant offensively to start the game, trailing 3-0, and trailing by as many as 6 goals. Tech looked like a Top 20 team in the final 10 minutes, dominating Cuse in all categories. IMHO, if Cuse is ranked #3, then women's lacrosse doesn't really have a dominant program this season, much like last season. It's too bad that Tech couldn't beat Duke in OT and defeat USC and Colorado. If they had, Tech would be a likely NCAA playoff team. Tech has Notre Dame on the road, BC at home on senior day, and at rival UVA. If they play like they did in the final 10 minutes of today's match, they could win 2 of their final 3.
